Couldnt get passed first tutorial

During the first buying of salon and buying everything, it came to unpacking which i did everything i needed too but got stuck at 77% of unpacking. any help to what ive missed or need to do? Even tried a new save

Hi there,
You will receive 5 packages at the same time. The next one appears only after unpacking the previous one. If there were any obstacles in the delivery area, the package is pushed further into the salon. To complete it at 77%, you need to not assemble two pieces of furniture. Did you hang the lamps on the ceiling in the right places?

I have the same issue. I've unpacked and placed all the furniture. It looks exactly like the preview and is still 77%. I even went as far as to remove the game files and reinstall the game to start all over and it still sticks there and there is no way to progress to finalize the first salon.

Please provide us with more information. It would be helpful to send logs and saves. Instructions below.

How to get your LOG and SAVE files:
Open File Explorer / This PC
Paste following path in an Address Bar → %appdata%/../locallow/GameFormatic/HairDresserSimulator
Here you can find a "Saves" folder and Log files → save everything as a .zip file. Because of its size you probably will have to upload it to a file sharing service, eg. Google Drive, WeTransfer, ect. When you do – please, attach a link to it here or by e-mail: [e-mail]

I had this problem too. Make sure the green arrows on the ground match up with one another and then it should work just fine!

Where do I report game breaking bugs for the Xbox version? I buy the first Salon, buy the furniture it tells me however one square light cant be placed because theres a hanging light thats part of the building overlapping with the green placement square, so we cant advance.

We're responsible for Hairdresser Simulator on Steam, not Xbox version.
However, it is not part of the building, it can be sold :)
