Constantly stuck on loading screen, game unplayable

Was this problem not resolved? I'm having the same problem. Furthest I got was choosing the first salon, then got stuck in a loading screen for almost twenty minutes. I forced the game to close and now I can't even get past the first loading screen. I haven't even been able to save the game, so I can't send saving logs to the links supplied above

I've been playing the game since it was first released and it always had problems but now it's unplayable!! What is the point of updating a game when it means the loyal players lose the ability to play?
