Bug in Using Hair Dye on Customers
When I paint (dye) the customer's hair ( MCCoy, D) with the ombre style dye, the colored sections ( like those of the finished part ) in the customers hologram do not show up.
Steps I used with MCCoy customer
First, I put dye on his hair, then game freezes and I have to exit to the next task by pressing, " dismiss this customer." Second, I washed the dye off his head . Third, I completed all other tasks and got paid. Devs, please fix Hair Dye, ombre paint for all customers.

My game froze when I tried to use the dye tool. This is the first time it happened, and I wonder if it's the latest hotfix.

It is not the latest hotfix that works for me. You may try adjusting graphics, etc in options. This worked for me.

I found a weird fix for this, but it's not ideal. If you "Dismiss the client" it counts the dye job as complete and you can move on, even if you do it incorrectly. However, you can't dismiss clients anymore, and the next time Riley came in after the mowhawk, it stopped giving tasks or instructions after washing her hair, so you can't progress with her. I'm going to guess that will happen with all star clients. I wish they'd play through to the end of the game to see all these bugs we keep finding.

Stickymoonbbee, if your computer froze after an update, what I did was turn off my computer (cold boot ) and restarted steam. I hope this helps.
