That's hilarious as your only communication in days. No, what you're doing is f*cking up the game with untested hotfixes. It's clear you haven't a clue what you're doing. You actually have killed the game. It DID work at launch, and EVERY successive update so far has made my game experience worse. It LOOKS worse. It PERFORMS worse. It PLAYS worse. And the bugs keep piling up.
At this point I consider it a bait and switch... a scam. You sold a 'finished' working game, perfectly playable albeit with a few issues, and turned it into an ugly, buggy, actually now unplayable mess that isn't representative of the trailers and screenshots any more, and isn't what I paid for and originally got.
Which makes you inept, unethical SCAMMERS at this point. And I've lodged a complaint with Steam to tell them so, because it highlights a much bigger issue with Steam - that an unethical developer can sell you a working product then just take it away from you outside of the refund window at any time and keep your money, and Steam policy will let them do it.
Please send us the specifications of your computer.
The game freezes constantly, I've been unable to make it through more than one full day at the salon. The clients leave with different color hair than I dyed it, the bugs go on and on.
Even sandbox mode, if you choose ponytails, it gets stuck and you can't choose a different tool afterwards.
I have a high performing gaming laptop and run other big games without issue. Please try to fix the Star Client bug at least ASAP because Campaign mode is virtually useless without it.
The latest hotfix addresses this issue. Please check it out and let us know.
The hair tie bug is still there. Unless I'm doing something wrong
No, this latest hotfix didn't really fix anything. The only thing it helped was getting past washing the dye out of Riley's hair & then the game crashes & closes out after trying to dry her hair. Seriously, every hotfix/update breaks the game even further. When I first started playing the game I had absolutely no problems whatsoever, but now after the updates/hotfixes I keep on running into problems.
i´m not allone with this bug yeah :D they doesn´t fix this shi* and when they ask for your pc specs don´t send it. They must play her own game to see the bugs. We are not the bug ******
