Hair dye no longer registering

I've been bearing with the bugs in the game, but now I'm getting customers who's hair dye choice won't register. I've just spent ages trying every single colour on a customer in case the yellow dot was in the wrong place, but no luck.
That means you end up with several unhappy customers a day :(
Is anyone else getting this suddenly or am I jsut being a complete twit?

Are you sure that isn't ombre dye task, in that case you need to select ombre in UI and select two proper colors.

It definitely had the yellow marker around 'one colour'. :(

I have the same problem with some customers. I color the hair but the % stays at zero

I am having this same issue - have you found any resolution? Mine is with standard and ombre coloring.

Me too... i thought i am doing it wrong... but I have tested it several times
