How do I break the underwater doors?

I am trying to get through a couple of underwater doors / trap doors seen here:

There's an upgrade for that but I can't remember where to find it sorry. PROBABLY in the Arsenal, but don't quote me on that.

On another note, the underwater section and escaping the Ancient Complex are really testing my enjoyment of the game. But what the heck, let the the rabbit punching continue!

For anyone curious, now or later, it's a story related upgrade. Don't worry about the underwater doors, they'll open up to you in time if you just keep playing.
