I'm stuck at 98% completion

I have the Qi ability.

I have 100% discovery in every map. (including upper torch tower)

No collectibles visible on the map.

I've made sure to go back to the skins guy and register all my weapon colors.

Yet I'm at 98% completion.

Make sure u have got 3 more ability disk and more than 50 plant seeds. And your weapons are already Lv.Max.

I have 3 extra ability disks. And what do you mean by weapon levels?

all four gadgets should reach their max level. you can check if they do in the status menu.

Same, but I'm stuck at 99%. All weapons are Lv. Max, I have 3 extra data disks, and 51 seeds (even though Pippin said I got them all when I had 50). Already beat Cicero and saw the game credits. Got the Qi ability. Every area of the map is 100% explored (Mappo confirmed I've explored everything).

Is the last 1% finishing the Torch the Dawn mission and beating Cicero again? This wouldn't make sense though because there is no true post-game. You can't play after beating the game, you just load your last save...

Nevermind, I'm actually missing the red whip weapon coating, great. Since posters aren't shown on the map, and I've already 100% explored the map, this is going to be huge pain the ass to find...

So I looked up how to get the red whip poster on youtube and I have to say that was the most retarded way of all collectibles... How the hell would a player have known to talk to an NPC more than 1 time (I'm anal and always talk to NPC's more than once until they repeat something they've said bc I hate missing things), much less many times plus leaving the area and coming back 2 whole times??? Literally impossible without having to cheat and look it up on the Internet, which is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

But oh well- finally got that 100% and can uninstall forever.

Nah you'll reinstall it later when you get an itch for a good metroidvania. And when you do, think back to this comment. This random guy named Wig Bang who knes 100% that you would do it even when you yourself did not.

What are you talking about? He is absolutely right you dont make one npc have another dialogue option way later into the game when they are repeat after you talk to every other npc once and you made zero sense.

Finished getting 100% few moments ago, can confirm few things are total BS impossible to get without an guide...
