Missing HP Extract?

Hey, don't know if anyone can help with this, but I am missing one hp extract for one of the last achievements, but I have all seeds, posters, SP, EP, and my map is at 100%, but I for the life of me, cant find the last HP Extract. Since it's not popping up on the map anywhere, could it be that I need to get it from a character? Again, I already have the one you get from seed collecting.
