The main issue I have with the game is some things are hidden too well. Hints aren't a bad thing, this isn't Hollow Knight.
Like eating noodles multiple times to level up and get the shard, or talking to the drill instructor person multiple times on multiple visits to get a poster.
But the big one is the parry should be something that is easily found toward the beginning of the game (the real parry not the sticks). I have a friend who is streaming it and almost at the squid fight and still doesn't have it.
Also the Qi explosion ability should be something that is hinted at heavily before the final area. Being able to just go to town on a boss's last health bar should be encouraged.
Just curious, when did they specifically say they would address the ending of the game?
