1. Jeffre Street - must be area behind sleeping mouse. Don't know how to pass him yet.
2. Prison - must be upper-right room behind blue lasers. I didn't pass it yet, but with dashes I've managed to open map to 100%
3. Don't forget to eat each noodle 3 times to open final chili noodle for a map fragmet.

Btw - how to get behind blue lasers at the center of the Old Town? It seems I've 98.89% because of it.

1. where is the sleeping mouse? but i 've already done the subway behind the laser and Master Wu training
2. the room behind the laser. i clear it already
3. the noodles i clear it and get the mystery shard already

no where to go

where is the sleeping mouse?

On the main room of Duke tower, go to the upper right, you see the sleeping bunny blocking the entrance of the room behind him, you can go through him once you have the dash upgrade
For the prison, there a little area above the 4th floor (where you retrieve your fist) but to go there, you need to call the elevator on the 1st or 2nd floor and climb up there by yourself, you will find a seed at the end
