How do I exit the game?

I'm playing through Steam on PC. I can't work out how to exit the game either via keyboard or controller. I have to switch to steam and manually stop the game.

Press P to bring up your menu, press E/Q until you reach the "settings" tab, press enter twice, you are in the main game menu, then press enter when "exit game" is selected.

Yeah, it took me a while to find that, too. Not a very intuitive menu design decision, there.

also, you can alt + f4.

@WhyNotZoidberg what chore, kinda prefer an instant quit with alt + f4 since u won't lose anything anyway.

It's not hard work but it is annoying when you know games that have proper menus and then you see games that don't even though it's so easy to do
