List of just a few seen in first 5 mins as that was as far as I could test.
List:
1. Intro was far too week and inconsistant, the table elements were ok, yet the painted scenes were very amaturish and to be honest borringm who did that voice over? You need a less obviouse script, as we already know why were playing.
2, The mouse curser was way too large in intro then changes to white, then back to smaller?
3. Shock, first impression, it looks like an Anno rip-off? I do not see anything striking or new and you are limited to having no street view or distance view?
4. The river/ water colour is not right, looks like a swimming pool.
5. You text needs to be re-done, as lacking both gramma and consistancy in navigation. Grammar is very very important if you don´t want to annoy players.
6. Not enough funds at start, one, Governors house some road and one market and you only have enough for one house? I had to stop at this point. There was no reason to attempt to try more, as I felt I was playing a very bad version of an already great game Ánno`.
When you select a building from the Development pannel, (why you have a huge pannel for that?) you should see the house below to select, yet you have to open another pannel to select it on the curser?
I could go on and on, yet my overal impression, was that you had an ok enviroment, despite not being able to see it from a lower angle, the vegitation was ok, the atmousphere was ok, yet that was it. Close looks at the detail of building was terrible when zooming-in just a little. The game had an extreamly borring intro that was not wanting to play at all, (one guy standing saying the obviouse)? No movment or animations at start, not even in the world, birds flying over, seeing people after placing a home?
No funds to pass from one house?
I wish you luck with the game, it seems it is being made only to get money at the moment and should be re-done from scratch in my opinion - sorry, buy as much as I love these types of games, I want to both see detail and not just a copy from other games.
#4 - you must live in the west where your rivers are polluted. IN the Caribbean, the water are blue and not some brown muck you call water.
That would be true, it was only jealousy and lack of sleep that made me write such an unfeeling comment, we all know just how perfect our world is.
Haters don´t hate you... The reality is, they fear that they will never be able to get to where you are right now. Each to their own, if you want swimming pool water in your this game, then you should be happy yes?!
I´m just trying to offer help to the devs, rather than just sit here and say how pretty and clean the water is, it looks like it belongs in the SIMS.
Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are working hard on all changes and improvements and there is still a lot of development ahead of us. That is why I am unfortunately responding with such a long delay. Regarding the color of the water, we agree. The water was a bit too clear. We will work to change this issue.
On the other issues as well, I can assure you that work is still going on. We've released playtests and a demo to gather your feedback. Thanks to you, we know what you expect and we want to give you the best game possible :). In terms of mechanics, narrative, and visuals, the game will change. :) The current version was very raw and didn't yet include many of the features we designed.
