An easy build to get in to Endless would be to put 13 in to Monk to get Perfected Soul. Might gear is the most prevalent/easiest to find. The rest of your skill points can be flavored to your liking.
Also for consideration (cause you didn't say) - the more characters in your party, the more hp and damage enemies deal. If you are running a full 6, likely hurting more than it's helping.
If you have decent gear you should be able to cast regen and if you have return damage built up it can help you win fights. Dex is also good for crit and also counter attack chance.
I haven't tried Endless yet but the build I have in story mode is basically what I've been describing and it is quite effective. Nothing like having a large group around you beating on you at the same time and then seeing them all get yeeted from their own attacks.heh That reminds me, also take the Warrior skills that buff you when enemies are within X amount of hexes. You can get your hp and stuff doubled sometimes.
Hopefully this helps in some way, but again I haven't tried endless yet.
Those lines are on their because spell damage and summons are essentially gated to lvl 30 and do not continue to scale well in to higher content. So their solve for that was to add damage modifiers to Tiered gear to boost them along.
