With the amount of stuttering I am getting using a top end graphics card, no matter what settings, I am getting very low fps. Tbh if I had known before I bought the game it was using the engine it is, I wouldn't have bothered.
This game engine clearly hates top end gaming machines, it doesn't help it's out dated for what it can do either.
Outlaws is as smooth as butter, just a shame so many servers where full of toxicity, and the devs never did enough to curb it, they also didn't exactly help to give up urgently needed updates either.
