Bandit Map

The Architect keeps telling me that the Bandit hideout is marked on the Map, but there is absolutely nothing showing??? Any other clues??? If you press the Lshift key you are meant to sprint but all I am managing is a very slow painful amble?? Any help anyone?? Good to see the game back but so far its painful - sadly!!

Sprinting will be disabled if you're carrying too much weight. You can check in the Inventory screen on the bottom right. It will show weight of inventory | max weight allowed before encumbrance. You likely need to drop/store some items to lighten your load.

side note: You can always sprint while on your horse, even if YOUR weight is over the limit.

Is the quest set to active in your journal? If so, you should see a search radius on your map. You can set it active by opening your journal, clicking on the quest and pressing E.

even in the HUD, down left i think, its showing with a pound symbol

You also have a weight icon above the HUD lower left of the screen if over weight
