Campfire recipes

I know the Owl stew is glitched but I am wondering will I eventually come across more? I don't want to hunt deer etc if I can't roast them proper. Don't need to know exactly where if there are some (pls put in spoiler if you know for sure) I just want to know if I will find more? When I first played an earlier access I would come across recipes in books and from Momma ( I think). I went to Ed's but no book this time around. TIA

I am wondering this too. I asked Owl to hunt for food and she put hare, venison and fox in the warehouse. I roasted the venison and fox on the campfire and it came back as "unknown food"! I figured just roasting the plain meat would be an easy recipe.

Thank you I did get the boar and bison as well. And of course hare works. Venison doesn't and I'm not sure if you are supposed to cook the raw corn or not?

Is there a way to learn new recipes? Do all combinations come back as 'unknown food'?

Owl stew can't be analysed even though the option is there it take you back to the open world screen is this a bug?

I haven't found a single recipe outside of Hare that works. I found forums about books but I've gone to the easy locations and there aren't any there either. Most of the food in the game seems to just be useless for me so far.

Owls recipe contains a certain amount of rabbit meat and mushrooms: two raw rabbits, 3 mushrooms

Thanks for this, I saved owls stew til bug fix but guess it disappeared anyways.
