How do you start over with a new farm?
I would like to ditch my old farm and start over with a new one. Is there a way to do this? Pressing the support button in the game seems to do nothing.

Hi Rodagu! Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you want to start over. Yet, we would need you to contact the support team. Have you tried while you are in the game to tab "Esc" and click on support there? If that does not work please try to contact the support group via the Goodgame Webpage. Here you have to create a manual ticket including your full player name. To find this name please check your Journal there you can see the full name including the #<number> . Thank you for your awnser. You don't have to be sorry. If I want to restart just means I like the game and might want to try a different start. :)

The supprt button in the game menu seems to do nothing (no new window or a browser loading a page). I will contact your support team thorugh your web page.

Hi Rodagu! Thank you for getting back to us. We are sorry for the confusion and are aware that there was a problem with the support button in the main menu. If you download the latest version of the game this button will be gone due to this. However, do you also have problems with the button when tabbing Esc while playing and click on the Support Button there? However, if you contact them directly via the webpage that should also work out fine :steamhappy:

I contacted the support on Thusday at ~07:00 CEST. So far no reset nor any response from the support (beside the first confirmation email). I was hoping to play my new farm this weekend but it must be really difficult to reset a farm / account...
