The best way to make money is completing the contracts in Mathilda’s market. Once your farm has grown a bit you can make a good amount of money in a single trip to the town. Especially animal products and longer growing crops can give you a good profit.
Most crops take multiple days to grow but keep in mind that you can go sleeping rather early when you wait for something specific.
I hope these tips help you a bit. It’s also true that while we are in early access with have made some measures to slow the players down a bit because we don’t have as much content yet. Therefore you can expect some prices to drop in the future too.
fulfill activity bonus for extra gold
refuse market tasks if they are below 100 gold (if you don't need them for activity bonus - otherwise it is just a waste of your resources - like 4 catfish for 60 gold is completely disproportional reward)
Jan.kazda, your idea to refuse some market tasks is a good one. Or at least open more slots, please!!
