I can only confirm that it does exist, but it’s a very rare catch. ;)
This actually doesn't help much.
Can you increase the chance of getting it, please? Or at least tell when and where exactly to find it?
Also, the amount of resources required to upgrade the number of slots of the delivery service is absurd! Getting chalks and scale weights are not easy at all, everytime you complete one of those tasks, you usually get only 4 or 6 of each type of item, and in the worst case, only 1 unity of it. I have 7 slots, and to the next one I need 500 chalks.
Like, what the hell??
With those new achievements, and finding out that you need A LOT of grinding to actually get them, this game turned out from a game I loved, to one of the most frustrating and exhaustive ones I've ever played!
I really hope that you improve this, otherwise I don't see another option besides droping the game and writing a negative review for it, because right now, it does feels like a waste of time. You do a lot of work for such little reward.
The chance to get such a rare fish is a few percentage when you fish at the right time and place. So every day some players get them while others were not that lucky. We have some ideas for events or mechanics that make it easier to get these very rare fish. So when you haven’t got them by then I’m sure one of the upcoming updates will make you happy.
When it comes to the market: high level players really make tons of contracts every ingame day and unlock the last slot rather fast. Important is to increase the contract rarities because they give much higher rewards and therefore you can sometimes get a lot of chalk in one go.
This was actually a problem for me at first but then I learned to just skip the contracts and skip the days! It goes a lot faster that way. Just skip the contracts that you don't need so you don't waste resources and go to sleep at 3pm so you get new contracts. Just keep repeating this and you'll have the materials you need in no time :)
Mole Island for sure; after WEEKS by only fishing, and LOTS OF CARPS in my inventory, I managed to get the Goldfish. I got it at night, but someone else say they got it at morning, so I don't think the time has any influence for this one.
I'm trying to increase the rarities of contracts, but getting good ones is still a possibility, not a certainty. Some times I get contrats that needs 10 of 2 different items, and only gives me 5 scale weights, it feels unbalanced.
I would suggest to the devs to implement a trade system between players. I have hundreds of fish that someone may need, and someone may have lots of chalks that's actually what I need, so if we could trade everyone would be happy.
In addition to that, we could have a chest in our house to store resources that could lately be used for trade or crafting furnitures.
Also, completing quests for the characters should give friendship poinst. I don't know if it already gives, if it does I'm playing wrong because I can only increase the friendship level by gifting them, which imho it's not fair. Someone said that the max level requires 2000 points?! Like, what the hell?
I've played lots of farming games, I don't mind spending time on it as long as I enjoy it. But for me it seems the devs are stretching the gameplay time like a chewing gum with those grinding achievements. It becomes exhaustive to keep gathering > crafting > trading for so little. And I play this game since release, it was worse, it became a lot better and I hope you keep improving it and listening to the players, because I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one complaining about, specially, those high requirements.
