An error has occurred!

Hello! I am getting an error message when i try to log in now. This is what it says:
An error has occurred!
-No response received for request [SteamLogin] in 11 seconds
Close game

I think i may have logged off in Townlet. Has happened before but then I have been appearing back at my farm after closing the game and restarting it. This time it will give me the error over and over again.

Lol after getting the error more than 5 times i was able to get in (like magic!) right after posting. And yes, my character appears to be standing in Townlet. Have to remember not to log off there! :)

Yup, the error seems to happen when logging off at townlet. At least for me.

Hi again! Thank you for the information. We are happy to hear that it is working again. However, could you please let us know if the error still appears when you are logging off at the townlet or at a specific place in the game? Thank you

Alright, got an error again after logging off at Townlet. This one looked alittle different than the one before though.

Hi Catalie! Thank you for getting back to us. We are sorry to hear this but are looking into it. Have you ever gotten the error when logging off at another place or only when you are at the townlet?

Hi! Not as far as i can remember :)
I have only ever logged off at the farm and at the Townlet. Never tried the other areas.
And i am not 100% sure that i never got the error after logging off at the farm. Sorry if this is not very helpful ^^

Ich hoffe ich werde auch gelesen. Seit dem Udate habe ich Schwierigkeiten mich an zu melden, bzw. zu spielen. Wenn ich dann endlich auf meiner Farm bin und etwas spiele kommt folgendes Bild:

Ich weiß ja das das Spiel noch nicht fertig ist, aber ich kann gar nicht mehr spielen, weil ich immer wieder raus geschmissen werde.

Hi kskarinsann! Danke für deine Nachricht und es tut uns Leid, dass es Probleme gibt. Hast du schon mal dein Anti-Virus Programm kontrolliert und geschaut, ob dieses ein Update benötigt oder womöglich unser Spiel blockiert? Du könntest auch versuchen in den Einstellungen die Anforderungen zu niedriger einzustellen. Lass uns bitte helfen, ob davon etwas die Situation verbessert hat. Danke und viele Grüße
