Well you should tell the company owns it, and do it jappanese probally they ones who own the IP and choose if they want this publisher to publish it...

Yes , it's made by the exact same devs . Also why would you want FOBS A/B to be playable on steam ? The devs can't since the engine that it's made on is not made for steam. Also you can just download FOBS from the dev site
