Possible Bug/Corrupted Save

Every time I launch the game it load fine but then takes me to a screen where my stats are at 0, my abilities are on a 0.4 second cooldown and it’s just the sky. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, that sounds like what happened to me when I was messing around and broke save loading. No idea how you managed to corrupt it, but you should be able to delete/rename your SaveData file in SuccubusAffection_Data.
Actually just thought of one way it might break. Did you do verify integrity through Steam after installing the patch? That'd probably leave the game in a not-great state.

I verified it after this started happening. I just recently beat the game and wanted to max som stuff but then this happened. I had zero issues with the patch installation.

So is there any way for me to keep my save data? I’d rather not have to start over.

You'll have to reinstall the patch regardless since you verified. If the save still doesn't work, there should be a lot of autosave backups (I see 20) so you shouldn't have to start completely over.

How do I access those auto save backups?

They're in the game's SuccubusAffection_Data folder. You can take whichever one was last modified and rename it to SaveData.

I found the SaveData file so do I delete it and let the AutoSaves fill in the blanks? As you can tell I’m not very good with files and stuff.

You can rename SaveData to whatever, or move it, or just delete it, and then you rename the most recent autosave to SaveData.

so I had this same thing and tried to do the above, but every autosave data so far has given me the same sky crash, and I really dont want to start all over...

It's probably your install that's messed up if every autosave is broken.
