Depending on the difficulty I'd say 8 hours.
With the patch, probably might take longer...

The patch makes it slightly to significantly longer depending on how... "preoccupied" you become before choosing to progress.

It is not worth discussing without the patch since that is like buying a car without an engine... or wheels.

Depends on if you want to "100%" the game. If you simply want to beat it and/or unlock every girl, you maybe able to semi speed run in 2-3 hours on easy to normal. If you go to affection mode (hardest difficulty) and get everything, then it'll take 8+ hours. Fun game and beat it numerous times.

Also, you can do certain runs like; melee only, only special attacks, only level [place stat(s) here], range special only, and my favorite RUN and fight the bosses only!

Sort of! A few bosses are kind of hard to find i.e The Kitsune
