Black screen and PC to be reset manually

I initially opened a topic because I believed that it was the startup on the Steam Deck that compromised subsequent startups on the PC, I had removed vsync from the Deck and I thought that it had brought those settings automatically to the PC too because it no longer started, but I later realized that Deck had nothing to do with it.

I started the MELE launcher and selected ME1, I played with it for several hours and it ran smoothly, then I played it on Deck and it ran smoothly, then I restarted it on PC and from that moment the launcher works, but when I select ME1 (either by choosing CONTINUE or by choosing START) the screen goes black, I hear the audio (on another channel) and none of the many combinations work, ALT+TAB, SHIFT+TAB, CTRL+ESC, ALT+F4, CTRL+ ALT+DEL... nothing, I'm forced to turn off the PC by holding down the power button.

After many failed attempts (to the delight of my PC) I found a video on YouTube that recommended activating Windows 10 gaming mode from the settings, deactivating the XBOX toolbar, entering the NVIDIA control panel and specifying 3D settings my CUDA graphics card - GPU for gaming, I also forcibly activated vsync, then deleted the temporary files (searching for %temp%) and restarting the PC.

WOW it works!!! I closed the game and reopened it and it still worked!! Beautiful!! I played with it for a few hours and then went to bed.

Today I turn on the PC and after a few operations I start ME1....... BLACK SCREEN.... I didn't know what to do anymore, I checked all the things I had set yesterday and they remained selected correctly, I tried to delete new temporary files and restart but nothing...

I don't know what to do anymore, I ask for help. :(

It sounds like the exact problem I'm having. I've tried several things, similar to what you've said, but I can't get it to reliably work. Best I've done is full re-install then it will start correctly once or twice.
