Decrease Install Size by ~30 Gigs

Specifically the install size for me went from 109 to 78.4 gigs. Files will only redownload if you verify integrity of the game, or move it, the game is not receiving patches anymore so no risk of suddenly downloading all over again.

If on SteamDeck, Go into desktop mode
Navigate to games install folder

Mass effect Legendary Edition has extra uneeded language files (like 30 gigs worth) delete any files with the following (Ctrl-F is your friend at the root mass effect legendary edition folder _de. _fr. _it. _plpc. _ra. _DEU. _FRA. _ITA. _POL. _JPN. _RUS. _ESN.
While some appear to be redunent (IE: _de. and _DEU. are both German; its because ME1 uses a diff format than ME2/ME3)
