Omega DLC bug. Any fix?

I'm near the start of the DLC, when you see the red force field and have to fight mechas the first time. After I beat all the mechas Arya says to look at the fields and I'm supposed to click on a panel on the side that would open the door and window - but I can't click on it. Everything is closed and Arya is nowhere to be seen so I guess she progressed without me by going through the door I can't open. Anyway to fix this bug? I remember there was a bug in the Leviathan DLC too that would stop progression and I never finished it ( there was a gap you couldn't jump over. Didn't start this DLC yet but I hope it's been fixed )
Any idea what's causing this and how to fix it?

I have a bug as I'm about to go down the ladder as Cerberus is just attacking the Talon base... I'm so frustrated right now.

If the game allows, you can try to restart mission (load game: restart mission).

If you can try loading another mission for a bit. It might restart your cach. If you're able to load another save and go to a different area this will probably flush it. Then load back and try the bugged area. Just remember to back up your saves.
