i got a new PC. OS is windows 11 now. would that cause an issue? that mod folder is from 2021 where ME3 was updated in 2023. Is it a mod manager or?
If you need help I could point you some videos to help.
You have to do a Backup before modding of each game and then you can simply throw the rar-files via drag and drop into the ME3TweaksModManager Overlay. Then do "import mod" so it's in your list and then you have to install it. Just make sure it's not a MEM-file like i said before, because it doesn't work well with ME3TMM.
ME3Tweaks Mod Manager.
Mass Effect Modder.
I will post the other one later.
Did a clean install, because most mods received updates and it was faster to do a clean install instead of rolling back.
My other tool would be the save editor :P But I am using a certain headmorph for like ages and it's easier to replace it in the editor.
