Can i make the Grissom academy mission available again after failing?

So i am currently playing through the 3rd game and i wanted to do the dlcs first but now apparently it has made it so that i failed the academy mission. Its too long ago that i did the dlcs so i really dont want to load a save and i cant seem to find a way to get it back through a save editor.

At this point i just want to either have it completed or maybe make it appear again, so any help would be very helpful

you can change the outcomes of that mission with the save editor, but there's no way you can make it appear again. plus, if you play priority tuchanka before grissom academy it'll fail that mission

It is not possible to go through this mission again. Nor any other in the game. Therefore, side missions are better to do before the main missions.
