[ME:LE] What bugs did you see?
Going through the Legendary edition, I saw a lot of different bugs: starting with T-poses after the death of enemies, ending with freezes and crashes. I would like to know what funny or not so funny bugs others have encountered.

The main annoying one for me to avoid is in 3 when I'm helping Aria organize the gang leaders. I talk to the one lady in the C-sec lock up who's insane, choose not to release her, talk to Bailey on the vid-com and then go and recruit the second in command salarian who's the better choice playing paragon.

The next trigger is to go back to the elevator section and in the scanning room bailey will give feedback which registers all that stuff has been done. If I save my file somewhere in between there... for whatever reason, Bailey doesn't register the quest complete at that check point and it just stays undone even though I've done everything else.

Took me a while to learn to run that whole sequence without saving until Bailey confirms the quest completion. Not terrible, but tedious cause it's subtle if you're focused on war assets and not aware of Bailey's trigger to confirm stuff. Testing it though, If I save in between that sequence of events... it never completes.

Everything else... if there's a problem it's so obvious it's easy enough to reload and run it again.

Yes, the triggers and quests are just broken in this game.

I was going through Mass Effect 2 on the "Insanity" difficulty (I wanted an achievement), it took me about 40 hours of real time to slowly complete the game, but after I completed the last mission, I was given literally all the necessary achievements, except for what they give for completing on "Insanity".

For 40 hours I hid behind shelters and prayed that I would not be killed for 6 shots, just so that in the end I would not get an achievement for it. It's not that "Insanity" is incredibly difficult, it's just that this problem has ruined everything. I even wrote to the EA forum, but I did not find there how to solve this problem.

I think I'll have to start the game all over again, but I still wanted to go to Renegade as a biotic, so...

It's not a bug: they are just poorly thought out and botched in 1 and 3, for 2 I find that the quests are much better managed and carried out in a linear way throughout the game.
(I'm mainly talking about the multiple side quests)

Game is full of bugs to this day, I imagine a lot of the original bugs still exist, though they did work some out only to add a few ones in their place.

Mostly just companions (and sometimes enemies) in 1 standing still and shooting obstacles instead of enemies.
in the first game your mates ai will just stop working, same in 3 on the rachni mission.
I haven't had any bugs for a while, but my personal favorite was always Garrus floating in mid air T-posing for dominance. Right up until he got shot in the face and ragdolled across the map. Cracked me up every time.
I've had crashings lately, same old bugs from the start their last patch seemed to alter the time some audio starts notably on ranoch in the 3rd game when you enter the dreadnaught so not really on the planet just before.
