But there was no expectation that owning the original would discount the remasters.
Wait for a discount like every other sane person.
Keep in mind you likely spent more than 60 bucks on the original games as you had to buy/pick up all the DLC's and Skins and what not.
This is a one shot - get it all thing.
Try to put some effort into your thought process before you start screaming again.
I get where you're coming from, really I do. I have all the games and DLC, on both Origin and Steam, so buying LE really feels like triple dipping at this point (quad-dipping if you count Xbox).
Just remember you did say you bought them a long time ago. So as value goes, you've probably gotten your moneys worth already (I know I have).
So at the end of the day, I don't mind buying this full price to play the games again in remastered form. I've played through the games with ALOT before already, so its fun to see what the devs did vs the modders.
I can't have seen EA ever contemplating doing this if it wasn't for the constant pressure from the games fans.
So to ask for a discount on something we have been begging for is somewhat cheeky. Instead we should be saying 'Thank you for this and here's my money with appreciation. '
You know, they could have asked double what they are asking and fans would still have snatched it up without question.
BTW: I too have all the games plus DLC on Origins.

It's what I'm going to do.
Uhm... not to be *that* guy, but all those claims are false. Miranda's model was not changed, a single camera angle was changed, specifically this one: https://i.imgur.com/T7Bej2c.png . Mouse and keyboard support was not changed. The changes they *do* propose are HD textures, some balancing, and bringing ME1 to a more playable standard.
are these changes worth $60? Alone? Ehhhh maybe not. If I had previous versions of these games on pc, I wouldn't have bought this at full price.
Should remasters of games give you a discount for owning the original? Ehh, not really imo, but I do understand where you're coming from. It feels ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful to see an upgraded version, however slight, not worth its price-tag when you already bought 95% of the content.
Miranda's model In ME2 was absolutely changed...
