LE Vs ALOT Nexus Mod

If you own the original games and you're focused on the graphics and want THE SAME result, just go on nexus and download ALOT mod for each game. Same textures enhancement. By the way there are other useful mods to take into consideration (the following are just for ME1):

Faster Elevators : Does what the title says

Improved Controls and Less Bounciness : Makes using the Mako actually enjoyable

ME1 Recalibrated : Unofficial patch for ME1

No Intro Videos : No Bioware intro video

Screenshot Mode : Add keybinds to freeze the game and toggle the fly cam. Works well with ALOT, zoom in and drown in the high resolution tide

Asari Remastered : Beautiful retexture of Asari skin. Strays quite a bit from the vanilla style, so up to personal preference

Again I think the developer has used some of these mods since the final result is absolutely the same.
What do you think? Did you compare both versions?

I did and yes, i think this game is a ccheap upscaling. There ARE some technical improvements, especially the fps one, but certainly not enough to justify full price.
Also, ALOT textures are better, and if you combine it with a good enb or reshad, you will get close to the same result as legendary.

As a someone who played ME with these mods I can't say that it's the same experience as ME: LE...

Why do people use YouTube with video compression for graphics comparisons. You have to have it in front of you to see the difference.

In saying that LE looks and feels a hell of alot better. Anyone who says otherwise is either lying, blind, haven't played the game yet, or being salty for no reason.

Like yeah, you can clearly see the difference in the video, but it really doesn't do any justice to the remaster, I feel like IRL it's sooo much better, crispier and overall more pleasant experience than it is in the vid.

At some time, you will have to gain some technical knowledge before vomiting ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around.
Both ENB and RESHADE, at their very basics, improve performance on games doing something that the developers are obviosuly too incompetent to do: optimizing memory usage.

So, even if you don't use presets for visual effects, you should still use them, if you knew what the ♥♥♥♥ you are doing when you turn on your pc.

Because compression doesn't matter when it is applied to all the games. It would matter if you compared a compressed video with a running game but not when both is compared in the video.

I played ME 1 with ALOT and now LE and I can say on my rig with my old eyes LE looks better, much better. I can now make out the trees in the Citadel Tower. I see the difference between the ground and the trees. I can now see details of fabric and smoke. I believe it does come down the monitor, video card, processor and even what kind of drive the game is one, The way the Mako drives now alone is worth it for me. Unfortunately I do now have dialogue issues in all cut-scenes I never had before. I only hope is there is no issue in Noveria and Race against Time I always had to use console commands before to get past those sections. Visually I have having a grand time re playing this.

They did in fact fix the missing textures problem from Noveria and Ilos

Some textures ALOT does better than LE. Saren and Sovereign, for example, look way more detailed with ALOT of Textures but mostly everything else LE does looks better. Unfortunately a lot of characters look worse, in original ME so far, in LE. Anderson looks like his face is dirty and Liara does not look nearly as good as she should because of the shiny stuff they put on her nose which does not always work with the lighting. Speaking of which, removing face lights from some scenes was a big mistake. Seriously, Talk to doctor Chakwas in med bay.

Also the whites of characters eyes is too dark. I keep bringing it up because no one else seems to notice or care. Its the one fix/mod I want at the moment.

The eyes are one of the main things being talked about on the subreddit. A lot of post about them needing to be fixed in LE.

I do like certain aspects of modded better than the LE (personal preference of some of the textures mainly), but overall LE is a pretty major improvement. The models and lighting tweaks are great and having HDR support is pretty awesome as well. Not to mention the gameplay improvements in ME1 that aren't about the elevators.
