Where can i buy spectre gear in me1?

I went to the citadel csec and i saw some spectre gear first time i went there but now that i have a million credits i went back and theres only mostly cheap low grade gear and no spectre gear.

Where can i find it? I bought every license i saw and my ship arms dealer has nothing but lame low quality stuff.

Yes thats what im saying i go there and they have no good gear, they had 1 good armor that i bought but no spectre gear.

How do i refresh inventory there?

Oh :) Thought you meant the ship-side vendor. I am not 100% sure. I did some quick searching and found some old complaints about the Citadel vendors not restocking but not 100% sure honestly.

The first time I went to the vendor in C-Sec, I saw the spectre gear, but couldnt afford it, but everytime i've been there since, they have not appeared. I over 2 mil credits but nothing to spend it on :(

If it works the same way it did in the original game, Spectre gear becomes available after playing main missions ( after finishing Noveria, and after finishing Virmire, for exemple ) , and you also have to be at least a certain level ( don't remember which one ) .

Vendors on the Citadel don't restock, except for the C-Sec one, who gets a new set of Spectre gear everytime you complete a main mission ( not sure if he does have some after Feros, but sure that he does after completing Noveria and after Virmire ) and if you are at least a certain level ( so make sure to play every side quests possible before playing a main story quest, so you can have the higher level possible after completing that main story quest ) .

The vendor on the Normandy ( the one close to Garrus ) also gets some Spectre gear from time to time, so check his items frequently. If I remember correctly, he mostly get some when you land on the Citadel ( so when you land there, check his items, then go to the C-Sec guy, and then go back to the Normandy's vendor before the ship leaves the Citadel, just in case he did restock ) .
Oh, and I almost forgot, make sure to also check the Normandy's vendor items right after finishing the main story quests as soon as you can control Shepard's movements ( before going anywhere on the galaxy map ) , sometimes he does get some Spectre stuff that disappears once you go somewhere else in the galaxy, so yeah, check him before going anywhere else too.

You can only have 3 or 4 set of Spectre gear in your 1st playthrough ( so don't expect to have your whole crew with Spectre stuff by the end of the game, 'cause sadly you can't make that happen, well except if they changed that in the LE of course ) . However, if you do a 2nd run with New Game + , these 2 vendors will get Spectre gear again ( when you meet the 2 conditions ) , which then makes it possible to have everyone wearing Spectre equipement.

I don't remember any other vendor selling Spectre gear, so I don't think any other vendors than these 2 ever sell Spectre gear. These are the 2 ones you need to check frequently ( mostly, right after main story quests, but it never hurts to check them as frequently as possible ) .

Ok yea i went back after vermire and it had spectre gear and i bought some so maybe it is mission triggered

I think its multiple, not done Feros, but done all others up to that point including virmire, but it hasnt appeared yet.

It showed up for me after i had finished virmire, feros and noveria and you report back to the council.

Yeah, not done that bit yet, so that makes sense, just more confused why it was there when I first visited the vendor but wasnt there any other time since

It is bugged atm unfortunately. A way to have them appear once they have gone is to load a save before you became a spectre, do the spectre cut-scene and then load the save you want to buy the gear on (they should be available again)

Could anyone send me a save file just before the spectre cutscene? (if that even works) I overwrote all those early saves already

What's suppose to happen is that the VII gear becomes available after becoming a specter, but there's a bug that makes them disappear from the shop inventory. There's a workaround people have already brought up and I can verify that it works at least once (recommend doing it when you've got enough credits to at least purchase one of every weapon type).

As for the X gear, I've been hearing that it becomes available for purchase once you get to level 26-28 on legendary leveling and 50+ on classic leveling. Can't verify this one, I'm level 27 with legendary leveling and they still haven't shown up yet.

yea i'm pretty sure the drop tables are messed up somehow.

i had access to the specter weapons after i became one (but could not afford them) and then they vanished from the galaxy, never saw them again untill i got grounded on the citadel.

but i do have and i wish i was joking, about 50 phoenix armors in all shapes and sizes, didn't find the really good krogan or quarian armor (not sure what the names are, krogan looks like a borg and tali's....is black and red about all i remember) but i do have 4-5 phoenix X armors for them >.>

i'm suprised they didn't program an easter egg were wrex just shoots you in the back when you put a phoenix armor on him >.>

also can confirm on legendary leveling at 28 the shops start populating with X grade stuff, 29 it's practically all X,
