Black Screen After Game Manu

i didn't see anyone else with my problem, and the costumer support have not been helpfull...
the game launches to the game manu, and after selecting a game, it goes to black screen and returns to game select manu :(
Anyone knows any solution to this problem?

One dude found this and it worked for me, its bcuz your window's username has special characters like (é@ù etc...).

"Start > Control Panel > Region > "Administrative Tools" tab > click the "Change Locale" button.
Here you have the option : "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support".

Then reboot and try starting the game."

Note: I just noticed that it might break things in ur Appdata folder (c/user/ur name/app data/...) I hope they patch this... I'm close to ask for refund.

Found solution for me:
turn on "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" and reboot system
no idea how, but it works

Same issue, if it is because of the "é" in my name, then... holy crap how amateurish of EA. That is the kind of issue you would expect from a small indie-dev making its first Unity game.
