Are you sure you have your scaling options set correctly?
Think so. What are your settings ?
Also, try running it at 1440p in windowed mode, then alt+enter to see if you can snap it into fullscreen. I have to do that with a couple games (ABZU is one of them) for some reason
I found a fix.
Just open the ini file located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Game\ME1\BioGame\Config
And manually change the resolution. Worked like a charm. When I started ME1 from the launcher, it was in 4k.
EDIT: nvm its gamersettings.ini
For those wondering, it's the GamerSettings.ini file, "ResX" and "ResY"
