Can You Mod The Butt Shots Back Into The Game?

Title. I don't really know much about modding and I don't know if this is possible or if it has been done yet. Thanks in advance.

Update: There is now a "butt shot" mod listed on Nexus. Thank you to everybody who provided useful input that wasn't attacking somebody over an opinion.

Thanks to this thread I just bought the game because I could finally confirm that the altered shot was changed because of genuinely artistic concerns and not just because "female body bad!!!"
My main concern was that this was a case of several changes like the ones George Lucas was known to do, but(t) it was a surprisingly hard thing to confirm online because both sides of the argument are heavily dug into one of two extreme opinions.

I appreciate the people who respectfully disagreed with others, but it's sad how many people were unable to tolerate other people wanting different things out of a game.

There are some just really bad stuff in there, one that really stands out is the medal ceremony where the there are cardboard cut-outs filling in the crowd. Some changes are good.

Besides these guys are lying claiming they care about the 'original experience', otherwise they would be arguing and asking about modding back in the original Thresher Maw fights, the incorrect asset used in the UNC Terrorist quest, the Matriarch Benezia opening scene zoomed in on her clevage, the UI changes in ME1, the lighting in Noveria, the cushions in Noveria, the removed wall in Noveria, the weapon specialisation stuff in ME1.

Like seriously, the list can go on and on, but they only ever obsess over two seconds on Mirandas butt done in poor taste. Most of those things I mention have a much more significant impact aswell.
They are just thirsty perverts trying to claim they aren't under the guise of 'artistic integrity', because if they genuinely believed what they said, all these other things would be a huge issue aswell.

We see straight through it, they just want their nude mods and to see butts. They should at least admit it, but also not be so thirsty that the tiny exclusion of it ruins the game for them, there are so many other butt shots and now camera mode for them to perv with.

As far as I'm concerned, it really doesn't matter because at this point, the whole thread topic is asking about whether the shots can be modded back in, and in theory they probably could. That's already a step in the right direction because the question should really be "how can we restore these things" rather than impotently asking or demanding new Bioware to restore them, because they clearly wont.

I played the original Mass Effect at launch and I have severe nostalgia for that game so of course I would love the original. Just because a change is better doesn't mean you can't appreciate the flawed original vision.

Yes, I agree that the original version of that shot was in poor taste, but(t) I would prefer to have the option to choose even if I prefer the new one.
That said I wouldn't have bought Legendary Edition if they had removed the "something big" joke and that was what I was really worried about. Lighthearted moments like that really adds to the charm of the game for me.

You can appreciate a character or a person being sexy without being evil or disgusting. You can also have fun with sexy things without being evil or disgusting.

I am not denouncing people for being different. I am calling out people who are pretending to care about artistic integrity but are just perverts that only care about Miranda's ass.
If you care about that, then ok, own it, but be prepared to be judged by other people about how much value you place on a 2 second scene which was edited for taste. If that is what you enjoy about the game, then yeah, I'll judge that.

Oh and don't pretend that people who agree with the change don't like people being sexy or see it as evil. Not at all, but objectifying women is an issue in our society, and the devs sexualising her in that moment was out of place, the rest of the time is fine.
