Ultrawide problem.

so ingame ultrawide is just fine, but once im in the chat parts, it shrinks back to regular res. anyone having this issue?

Its not an "issue" its how it was designed. Once again the modders will have to fix it because i doubt Bioware will give two F's.

They wont life a finger to further develop this. I bet this is all the budget EA gave them for this cashgrab. This is probably to siphon funds for their new ME game, to see how many people still care about the franchise after Andromeda.

For ultrawide users, download the latest version of Flawless Widescreen, activate ME Legendary in the game list, and run the game with the preset options enabled. No need to change anything. It'll fix up any widescreen issues you have, including getting rid of those irritating pillarboxes on the left and right sides of the in-game cutscenes.

Saw this too, but paying £54 for a game that should not require mods (as that's the point of the whole edition on PC) and then you still need mods, it defeated the point, but mostly it makes the asking price ridiculous.

I am personally waiting to see if EA will announce a patch (within 14 days from my purchase else I cannot longer refund it) with these fixes else I will refund it and wait of a sale.

I am a huge fan, played it several times without (back then) and with mods, however I cannot really justify £54 to EA (like the worse out there) for a remaster which is not as remaster as they said, already the fact that they change the combat from RPG to a Fortnite style. What fans are doing is telling EA to give them a new broken and half baked ME game, the one in the works.

True, I am not surprise Casey Hudson left, Bioware does not exist is just EA, not sure why people still use the world "Bioware" still.

Notice how they did not acknowledge absolutely a single issue... honestly with the amount of threads one would expect a decent company to at least say "We have realised so and so and will address this and that within so...." - Nope, zero, EA will never change it is truly the worst game company out there.

Agreed. I'm willing to bet that a patch will fix much of this once the word gets out, but at least there's a temporary solution.
