Report a translation problem
I think there was an older/better mod that also allowed weapon holstering. Iirc the one I had also worked in conjunction with the ME3 controller mod, but I could be mistaken.
It apparently had to do with RAM limitations on console, which made PC players all the more upset since that shouldn't apply to them. It is weird that you can't holster your weapon after a fight at any point.
