In between second game we find that he tried to become Shepard-alike, collected his own squad of vigilantes when understood that Council does not give a hell about injustice. But in the end he failed to wear mask of his mentor, pushing it too far with his inner renegade, which led to death of his entire squad and almost to his own demise. In second game we dig deeper into this and push him into understanding that always pragmatic, renegade choices sometimes does not fulfill the desire. And for fem-Shep we start to release his inner normality, loosening all that vigilante style to find out that he's a really caring person, just having no one besides his own father and sister he rarely seen.
Third game finally shows how he finally worked around his flaws and put his renegade side away. He finally developed himself as leader as he wanted to be. And not only as leader, but also as amazing husband that really cares about his closest member of family sharing ride to the end. There is no legendary Vakarian without Shepard. There is no Shepard without Vakarian.
Also he got cute mandibles. Rawr.
Why nice try? you didn´t refute Kelly.
And also in the Legendäry there are no DLC they changed other trophies (like squad members 5 quests instead of 75% of the game in ME1) included new once like play same char in all games so why not that one? When their intention is to count real romances with it they would have changed it. DLC trigger achievments, you get one for completing each in LE.
Also there where 5 achievments in the orginal DLC incl one meething with her. So where was the one for the romance if its only one with an triggered achievment they would have added it too?
Cope however you need to, but the fact remains, the only actual romances are the ones the game considers romances.
Ok got it liara is no romance in ME2 because they didn´t added a romanze achievment in the DLC.
The parameters I gave are 1) Paramour achievement and 2) game "locking in" that specific romance. If you do LOTSB in ME2, the game locks Liara in as your romance, even though you get no achievement due to it being DLC. The proof on that is that ME3 actually recognizes that you continued the romance in LOTSB, so you're dead wrong on this.
I realize you're desperate to be right about this, but you're just not. Banking on a technicality to carry you through this argument is not the "gotcha" you think it is.
?lol? so kelly getting locked in and no achievment is because she is no romance in ME2.
But liara is a romance in it while also locked in without one?
If what your say is true they either both not a romance or both one.
And DLC or not doens´t matter as they added achievments with it and it would have been added if its was rule for a "legit" romance.
Its also wrong that ending of LOTSB locks anything in. If you have cheated and do the DLC she will know it and ask to end it or not. Even if you dont end it and xxx her the one locked in is still the one you "cheated" with or cheated last as you can do all in one game. The only way for her to be locked in in Me3 start is to never cheat as soon as her picture is face down its over.
Ended up with Liara by default. In ME1 Both made a play for me at the end. My answer was... well umm why can't I have you both... which of course left me with Liara.
Didn't bother in ME2 though probably wouldn't have complained about Miranda.
ME3 kinda stuck to Liara since it was already rolling, but I have always generally liked Tali even as far back as ME1 so would have gone with that. But that wasn't an option back in ME1.
