How to get late game Onyx armoour (ME1)

I'm approaching the end of the game and I want to have Shep in the iconic N7 armour, with the squad wearing Onyx to match. Problem is, I can't find it past IV anywhere. I have the Aldrin Labs license but the requisition officer still isn't carrying any Onyx armour no matter how many times I reload his stock. Does anyone know any other ways to get this stuff?

There is no guaranteed way to make any armor spawn in the Normandy vendor outside of reloading until you get it. Having bought only the Aldrin Labs licence would theoretically make it more likely that the inventory would eventually include it.

That said, why Onyx armor? It's the worst armor in the game in terms of stats and the aesthetics aren't all that compared to other armors either. Weird preference.

I had no idea about the stats! I'm running Titan armour right now and I haven't seen an Onyx suit since the start of the game. I mostly wanted it because I liked the red stripe Shep started with and then wanted the rest of the squad to match.
