EA App Game File Transfer

I have the game on EA App fully modded. If I buy on Steam, can I transfer the game files and saves over? Or do I need to redownload all 110 gbs with mods?

When you buy it on Steam you will still have to install and run the game with the EA app. All you will accomplish is you bought the same game from two different vendors. And yes since you will be running it from the EA app you will wind up running it from the installation you mow have.

So I still have to install the game through Steam? No way for steam to identify my game installation through the EA App?
