ME 1: Liara and Ashly romance.

Can you start romance with Liara in ME 1 if you never talked with her prior to Vermire and romanced Ashly prior to Vermire and pick to leave her there?

No, I don't think you can. In order to be successful in romancing either Liara, or Ashely, the confirmation is to have sex with them. The sex scene only happens just prior to reach Illos. I mean there can only be ONE sex scene. So, the answer to your question is NO.
However, in ME3, you can get the journalist in bed and have a romance releationship with Liara, or maybe Ashley or Miranda. I personally only did it with the journalist and then Liara. Haven't tried the other one. By the way, you will have to choose Miranda quite early on or she will die later when rescuing her sister.

I allready know all of this. My question was: is there enough time after Vermire(you left romanced Ashly there) to persue Liara or not. And if there is even mechanical possibility to do so.

i think you can? ashley is like 2 missions and liara is only one.
Not 100% but i think that is the time required and ammount of interacts to get the delog to progress.

Missions are roughly Therum, Noveria or Feros for ashley, but if she dies on vermire
i think if you talk to Liara befor and during it's easy enough to get the romance to lock in while on the citadel or befor you land or mabey befor ilum. But if you ignored her, then i do not think so.

The only way to fully romance Liara is to go straight to Therum and start with positive comments after every major check point. If you hit Therum after, there isn't enough interactions checks to pass to commit to her. So it wont count in ME1 and if you didn't romance Liara in 1 you're locked out in 2 and have to wait till 3. Her dialogue will change at the end of 3 based on when you started romancing Liara, and if you cheated in 2.

"After completing your next Mission World, you'll talk with Liara about humanity. As always you should avoid picking Renegade options to avoid upsetting her. This is also when Liara admits that she's fascinated with Shepard, but that you may also be interested in either Kaidan or Ashley (depending on Shepard's gender). You should pick "It's not serious" and then "There is" to start Romancing Liara. "

So about 1 mission.

"After you complete all four Mission Worlds and return to the Citadel, the Normandy will be grounded and Liara will appear to comfort Shepard. Unless you consistently pick Renegade options here, your romance with Liara will be Locked In"

i knew liara was the easyest romance option, yet after 1 dialog change and then at the end of the 4 missions a chat and it's locked in.

yet for their to be conflect that's 2 missions worth of dialog, which is again ashleys requirement. So that's when if both are marked you get the confrentation where you pick 1 or the other.
