This has 68 pages of people saying the same thing. Apparently has been going on since Wednesday 7th February and that EA are aware of the problem but clearly aren't in any hurry to resolve it.
I bought it with EA, couldn't download it...
WTF
I have bought a game that will not run, Steam had absolutely no problem taking my money, but in partnership with EA will not let me play it.
I want to be able to raise support tickets on EA or Steam or both, but neither organisations let me do that. Pretty poor show.
Yes I know that Steam will let me refund - but I don't want that, I want to play the game that I bought, and I want to be able to report that there is a problem.
It works for me.
1.) Uninstall EA app
2.) Restart PC
3.) Launch another EA game First ( For example It Takes Two)
4.) Let it install EA
5.) Close Previous game and now launch Mass effect to trigger it as in your library
Confirm if this fixed the issue
Looks like they have fixed the problem - or, at least, are working through accounts and fixing them.
