Is there anyway to download each game separately?

i'm not sure if the individual ones are still available via steam...

No unfortunately it's not like the Master Chief Collection, you have to download the whole package (+/- 100Go) !

Wasn't for me. Though admitedly i bought mine direct through EA. When it starts installing it gives you the option for a total download, or to download the first game only. When the install was done there was an option to delete/install as you needed. it DL'd a mini launcher for the trilogy

Then it must be different for EA, but on Steam I didn't find such option !
So OP might want to buy the game on EA then !

no, but you can download them all then use the me3tweaks mod manager to launch them separately, bypassing the launcher. You'll still need backups, but that way you can store them on a higher volume drive if space on your main drive is an issue.
