The Achievements you missed won't get reapplied, but you can try to get them again with two firewall rules.
This is what i do:
You need to create two firewall rules using standard windows program: "Windows defender firewall with advanced security". Open It. Right mouse on Inbound rules->New Rule-> Program->This program->Point it to EADesktop.exe, (in my case its C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\EADesktop.exe)->Block the connection->(All profiles should be checked already so just click NEXT)->make the rule name like 'block ea desktop'
Repeat same steps for Outbound Rules, make same rule and same rule name.
Now rules that just created are in 'Enabled' state, but to launch game you need temporary disable them or EA launcher just wont start, so before every game session just right click on them and choose 'Disable rule'. And before doing this step make sure you have a backup of GamerProfile file just in case.
Enable the rules when you get to the game selection screen before clicking start and then delete Local_Profile (GamerProfile for ME2). Start the game and check in the main menu that achievements are still locked. If they are unlocked something went wrong.
With this the achievements will even pop normally while you are playing.
Just remeber to backup the new gamer profile after you are done, or it'll revert back to the version that don't work.
It looks more complicated than it is. Takes a couple of seconds when you get used to it.
I do it every time. It's a bit weird, so i check achievements ingame before i start each time, some times it's be overwritten and other times it's not. The files to backup is by default in your documents folder, in my case C:\Users\Dreey\Cloudstorage\Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect Legendary Edition\Save
and then you can backup the files of the game you're currently on. I just back up the whole savefolder. Where you backup to doesn't matter, just keep it out of reach of EA XD
