However there is a fix:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2992866639
This workaround should allow you to get the achievements
You can find the saves here:
Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect Legendary Edition/Save/ME2
Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect Legendary Edition/Save/ME3
Once deleted, I'd highly recommend starting a temp game, while ensuring EA App is in "Offline Mode" before starting the games!) in both ME2 and ME3 to regenerate those files... and then make a copy of them for backup. Keep a regular backup copy of these files as you play (the guide does recommend this as well).
Note: I have 100%'ed MELE, and I'd launch EA App, launch MELE and then when on MELE's launcher window (where you pick which game to play), I'd alt-tab out, open the EA App and then set it to "Offline Mode"... alt-tab back to lancher and start the game I wanted to play.
Yes EA App WILL error after 2-3 hours of being in 'Offline Mode', however if you ignore EA App and just keep playing without restarting the app like it wants you to... you should not have any issues with achievements being borked over.
Any problems with ME1 Achievements? First Aid Specialist won't unlock for me and I used Medi-Gel over 50 times on two characters.
It's the only achievement that won't pop up. All the other ones did (except end game, didn't complete Illos yet).
There is a ME1 Global save file, so it could be having the same issue.
All I can suggest is - Look here:
Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect Legendary Edition/Save/ME1/PROFILE/
Try deleting the files there and replaying ME1 enough to get the Medi-Gel achievement.
Awesome, that worked. Deleted everything, disable steam save sync and started a new career. Used the save injured/load heal method on Eden Prime and it unlocked after 50ish reloads. Hopefully this doesn't repeat with later games. Especially with those 1,000 enemies killed and similar achievements.
Thank you very much :)
