Yup.
Also, both Sentinel and Engineer classes have access to it in ME1, so it's one of *two* specific classes anyways.
I normally play as soldier because scumming adrenaline rush is the only way I could ever beat ME2 on insanity.
Infiltrator and vanguard are very viable classes for an insanity run. Play until the collector ship mission in ME2 to get the widow (sniper rifle) or the claymore (shotgun). That ought to carry you through the rest of the game.
thanks to you folks, I now have all ME1 and 2 acheivements. since I'm asking about acheivements, would any of you know if they fixed the sky high acheivement for ME3 to allow party member use to trigger it or do you specifically still have to cast the power that lifts enemies?
Sky High works from squad mate powers, can confirm. Got mine while playing as Engie with Liara. That being said, Engineer was busted on ME1 insanity run and ME2 insanity was pretty easy as well. Did not have to resort to stasis bug either. Could be that LE is just overall easier than original games were.
