Question about INSANITY III Achievement
I beat ME1 on insanity got the first one beat ME2 and got the second but the 100% guide on ign (I brought this on my self) didnt let me know about the point system during the hold the line part while Shepard kills the reaper to have an average above 2 and mordin died and that sucked so im wondering if i have to do the entire suicide mission again in insanity or if the insanity achievement is just based on me not changing the difficulty during mass effect 3

That's assuming the achievement works as intended, I've seen some posts about people having trouble unlocking Insanity 2 and 3 achievements so they might be a bit inconsistent. So if you mainly want the achievements I'd not mess with replaying on changed difficulty just to be sure. You can finish ME3 and then redo the suicide mission. Or redo the suicide mission on Insanity.

TL;DR- Changing difficulty in ME2 should not affect the achievement for ME3 but I wouldn't risk it since achievements are currently fiddly.

The insanity achievement is just not changing the difficulty at any time and it should pop up when you kill the reaper

I would recommend redoing it on insanity. Not worth the risk because ME LE is known to have issues with the achievements and it could be a problem for the game for whatever reason. It shouldn't, but if it were me I would just redo it.
