Link2ea--Application Not Found
Not sure if this is due to Origin now being some sort of EA App, and if there's something software wise that's missing, but ME: LE refuses to launch. Whether I try and launch from Steam, the EA App, or via the launcher directly--I get the 'Link2ea' error. Despite the EA App displaying ME:LE (and showing my play time, progress, achievements, etc)--so the launcher knows I have it, and where it is, and that it's on Steam.

I tried everyone's friend, Google, and found little to nothing. Anyone here experience this--and, perhaps more important, found a solution?

I'm having same issue. Bought the game recently, but this is the first time I've tried to launch it.

same here, finally got it working by installing the older origin launcher (v 10.5.115) instead.

The launcher included with the Steam download doesn't work, I just downloaded the latest version of the origin launcher directly from https://www.ea.com/ea-app and it works.

I did find my own solution as well, though it was an absolute pain--and I'm sure there's a better way, but this is how I did it, and I'm not keen to fuss about with what's working! :D

So I uninstalled the game, and reinstalled the EA App--thinking the issue was how I did it in reverse order prior. This shouldn't matter, of course, unless there's an issue in the EA App end (which i suspect there is), and it not wanting to connect with the game. So, ensuring the EA App was opened, I redownloaded ME:LE and let it install--while making sure the App was active.

For whatever reason, it worked. I suspect with the App open and active while the game downloaded and installed, it was able to 'read' that it was there, despite it previously knowing it was there. I have no idea why this worked, but it did, and I suspect it's some bass-ackwards EA nonsense that they're, "Looking into".

Seems like last update to new EA app + verifying integrity of local files in steam settings fixed it for me today.

Got the same problem today. Repairing the EA app helped.
