1. adept, why? singularity and aoe lift (nemesis)/damage through stasis(bastion), biotics are just broken in ME1 (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in ME2 due to protections and global CD) and natural access to singularity (best skill in the game full stop) means you dont need to use your bonus talent on it (or be forced into bringing liara everywhere)
2. vanguard, again biotics are broken, no natural singularity but it does have adrenaline rush, which means with singularity as a bonus talent you can singularity back to back if you want (or lift>throw>refresh>lift>throw... or whatever)... then again if you play vanguard in ME2 then youll probably get frustrated going back to vanguard in ME1 without charge
3. infiltrator, big benefactor of LE combat changes, has access to the best tech skill; sabotage (which isnt that great compared to biotics; but does have nice applications against turrets) and means you dont need to bring a tech squad member for lootables (which... tali is ♥♥♥♥ but you still have garrus as a damage dealer and kaidan and a multitool so i dont think the requirement is too restrictive to begin with)
4. sentinel... dont, its only propped up by its biotic abilities and its worst of the 3 spacewizards, borderline unplayable without bonus talent (which you have to choose between singularity or a weapon spec because it doesnt naturally have either)
5. engineer, again just really dont unless you want to import an engi save into ME2... its whole kit is just so circumstantial and the payoff for those circumstances is not strong enough
funnily enough, my ME2 insanity rankings are literally the inverse of these ME1 rankings
