Can I change to the default Female Shepard?

My Shepard is alright but I feel like the voice suits the default Female Shepard more. Anyway I can do that or am I stuck with my current Shepard?

Nope, at least not in game. You either need to restart or use a save editor.

If you use a save editor make sure to change both your ID and morph. And, of course, to back up your save in case anything goes wrong. Good luck :)

I have no idea how to use a save editor and I don't want to risk loosing anything so I guess I'll stick with my Shepard for now. What about ME2 & 3? Do they use our same customization details from 1 or can I pick default Shepard then?

You can import the face specifically, remold it, or choose the default again in ME2/3

Yep, it should only change your appearance. There's even an in-game reason why it would be plausible.

I picked default Shepard for ME2 but in the beginning cutscene on the ship I get Liara whereas my imported save had Kaiden (I romanced him in ME1) ...I don't think my choices carried over when I picked default female Shepard.

My guess is that you didn't actually import the character. You still need to choose the "Import ME1 Character" option. You'll have a chance to customize your appearance later.

Ah, I see what you meant here. Sorry for the confusion. You shouldn't select Jane before seeing the beginning cutscene. You should choose "Import ME1 Character" then select Jane's appearance later. Hope that helps!
